The location is convenient and it is next to the usual eateries such as fast food and Walmart and very clean.

The enormous bed was very comfortable. Lovely outlook surrounded by gardens, pools, and water features. Bellboy helpful and courteous. Staff highly professional, respectful, and very helpful. Convenient location near the airport and great restaurants. Easy parking and free shuttle.

Marvellous location to Tres Arcos. Based really close to many restaurants as well as Sam's Club, Wal-Mart Supercenter, and a great movie theater and the port and posada de tampico. Clean room, had an excellent stay in business trip. Bathtubs in the bathroom.

Located in an older area, this hotel is close to great restaurants and offers a beautiful view of the gardens. It is conveniently situated near the airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The comfortable rooms have been recently remodeled, featuring spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast is a highlight, and the staff provides excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as a gym and a pool.

The outdated furniture and poor TV signal in the rooms can be a drawback for some guests.

The swimming pool is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery, and was a true highlight of my stay. The room advantages were also impressive, with spacious accommodations and modern furnishings. The restaurant and bar area were both excellent, with delicious food and a wide variety of drinks to choose from. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was some noise and chaos in the common areas, which could be a bit disruptive at times. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not impact my overall enjoyment of the hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, with close proximity to the airport and some amazing restaurants. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, especially the bellboy who helped us with our luggage. The beds were extremely comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had beautiful surroundings with lovely gardens, pools, and water features.

There were a few areas of improvement during my stay. Some of the staff members were not always the friendliest, giving off an unwelcoming vibe.
